The second print run of Wild Alberta at the Crossroads has all but sold out and so the NatureWatch Books for Schools Program is now closed.  The fourteen businesses and one individual shown below donated a total of 513 books, worth more than $20,500.  The books were delivered, one each, to school libraries around most of Alberta, from Grande Prairie in the north to Lethbridge, Medicine Hat, and Foremost in the south; and from Wainwright and Provost in the east to Grande Cache in the west.

We heartily thank all the donors for their generosity and for taking on a leadership role by investing both in Alberta's school students and by helping to promote a healthy biosphere for our young people to inhabit. Finally, our special thanks go to Alan Ernst of Aurum Lodge who got the ball rolling with a substantial donation when the book was first launched. Thanks again to all of you for making this program such a success.
